Terms
Effective September 28, 2026. ENDGRAIN is made by Top Level Ventures, LLC, d.b.a. Lathe & Lumber Woodworks, LLC. These terms cover the game and this site.
The license
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use ENDGRAIN on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, rent it, take it apart, or ship it inside something else. We keep everything we haven't given you here.
Your shop
Your shop is yours. It lives in the app's own storage on your device. We do not upload it, we cannot read it, and we cannot restore it. If you delete the app, your shop is gone. There is no backup and no sync.
Purchases
There are two kinds, and both are handled entirely by the store you bought from — Apple's App Store or Google Play. We have no payment system and see no payment details.
- Voucher packs are consumables. You spend them in the shop and they are used up. They cannot be restored, refunded by us, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for money. They have no value outside the game.
- The Business License is a one-time, permanent purchase. It stays with the store account that bought it, and you can restore it on that account. A license bought on the App Store cannot be restored on Google Play, or the other way round. That is how the stores work, not a choice we made.
Refunds are the store's to give. The game records a purchase when the store confirms it, and does not reverse it afterwards.
Ads
A rewarded ad you choose to watch, and one interstitial at the turn of the year. The Business License removes both, permanently. How ads use your data is in the privacy policy.
The game changes
ENDGRAIN is updated. Content is added, numbers are tuned, and things sometimes work differently than they did. We may stop distributing or supporting it. None of that entitles you to a refund from us, and nothing we change reaches back and takes a board out of your gallery.
As-is
The game is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost saves, lost progress, or any indirect or consequential loss. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.
Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live, or the refund rights the app store gives you.
Apps bought from Apple
If you got ENDGRAIN from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app and no responsibility for any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
The launch list, on this site
The form on this site records your email so we can tell you when ENDGRAIN launches. The list is held with our email provider, Resend, and is never sold. Leave any time with the unsubscribe link.
Governing law
Washington State, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
